Standard Arbitration Clause

The ATA recommends that all parties wishing to make reference to arbitration in their commercials agreements use the following standard clause :

"All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be settled by arbitration under the rules of the ATA, to which the parties declare to make explicit reference"

The secretariat of ATA will pay the closest attention to the steps of arbitration procedures set out in the present rules.
